These juicy and flavorful steakhouse burgers will take you back to the tastes of a classic steakhouse. These burgers are sure to satisfy your hunger because they are full of seasoned ground beef, melted cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon
- Lettuce leaves
- Sliced tomatoes
- Sliced red onion
- Mayonnaise
- Mustard
- Ketchup
Instructions:
Add egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, grated onion, breadcrumbs, and minced garlic to a bowl
Mix the ground beef and onion together
Make 4 burgers out of the mix
Warm the grill up to a medium-high level
For patties to be done the way you like them, grill them for 4 to 5 minutes on each side
Toast the buns for burgers on the grill for one to two minutes
In the last minute of grilling, put a slice of cheese on top of each patty to melt
On the bottom half of each bun, spread mustard, mayonnaise, and ketchup
On top of the sauce, put lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and red onion
Place the cooked patties on top of the potatoes and onions
Add a slice of bacon to the top of each patty
Put the top half of the burger bun on top
Enjoy while hot!
