Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 can 10
- 5 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375F 190C
In a large bowl, mix together cooked chicken, uncooked rice, condensed cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, frozen peas, diced carrots, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until rice is cooked through and the casserole is bubbly
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving
